In the app
Your history. Your next estimate.

- Choose from bleeding, mood, symptoms and notes. Record the details that are useful to you.
- View recorded days alongside estimated days. Your history and future estimates stay distinct.
- Return to earlier entries, correct a period date or prepare a question for a care conversation.
The calendar brings dates together without treating them as the same kind of information. What you enter stays distinct from what Dela estimates.
What you logged is a record. An estimate can change.

General information, not personal medical advice.
Before you decide
A few questions, answered.
You choose what to record and whether to share. Explore your privacy choices.
Do I need to log every day?
Not at all. Choose the details that help you. A missing entry is simply missing information, not a failure.
What if my cycles are irregular?
You can absolutely keep a record. It is especially valuable when cycles are irregular, for you and for any clinician you consult. Estimates simply show wider ranges when timing varies, and Dela cannot explain the cause of irregular cycles or replace an assessment.
Can I use the dates to avoid pregnancy?
No. Dela is not contraception. Do not use an estimated window to decide which days are safe for unprotected sex.
