Find help with account access, privacy controls, data export and deletion.

Email hello@delacycle.com for general app support. Please do not include health details, passwords, codes used to sign in, or access tokens in email.
For privacy rights, requests to access your data, or deletion help, email privacy@delacycle.com. For legal notices, email legal@delacycle.com.
Account access help
- Use the same method and email address you used to create the account.
- Never share a code that can be used only once or a password with anyone, including someone claiming to be Dela support.
- If you believe someone accessed your account, contact support promptly from the account email and change the credentials for your email account.
Export or delete your data
In the app, open Settings → Privacy & account. You can request an export or start account deletion there without contacting support. If you cannot access the app, email the privacy address above. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting.
Account deletion removes account content and health records from the production service promptly. A narrowly limited pseudonymous lifecycle record and encrypted backups remain only for the periods and purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Community safety
Use the report and block controls available on community content. Reports are reviewed against the Community Guidelines in our Terms. Email support if a safety control inside the app does not work.
