Pregnancy with Dela
Your pregnancy. Your questions, too.
There is more to pregnancy than counting weeks. Keep the dates, symptoms and questions you want to remember, with space for your own experience.

In the app
Your week, with your own notes.

- Orient your records around a due date. Use the date established by your care team when it differs from a calendar estimate.
- Record symptoms, feelings and questions in your own words. There is no required way to feel or a perfect set of entries.
- Keep the visits and reminders you add. Your clinician sets your care plan; Dela does not create a medical appointment schedule.
See your estimated dates and daily entries in one place. The illustrations and size comparisons are general education, not measurements or ultrasound images.
What you logged is a record. An estimate can change.
A weekly view can help organize your notes. It is not a measure of how a pregnancy is developing, and it does not decide when you need care.
How estimates workGuides and a free calculator.
General information, not personal medical advice.
Before you decide
A few questions, answered.
You choose what to record and whether to share. Explore your privacy choices.
What if my clinician changes my due date?
Use the date your clinician establishes. Calendar calculations are estimates and cannot account for all the information your clinician uses in pregnancy dating.
Will Dela tell me if something is wrong?
No. Dela does not interpret your entries as a diagnosis or assess the health of a pregnancy. Ask your care team about symptoms and when to seek help.
Do I have to share my pregnancy records?
Sharing is optional. Review the privacy choices before deciding what you want to share and with whom.
