There is no single way to feel about trying.

In the app

See your signals together.

Dela Trying screen with temperature, ovulation test and cervical sign logging.
  • Record temperature, ovulation tests and cervical signs in the same place as your cycle history.
  • See an estimated fertile window that is always labeled for what it is: an estimate to weigh alongside your own signs.
  • Keep the details you want to remember. Your care team can interpret them alongside everything only a clinician can assess.

The Trying view makes room for several kinds of entries. Each sign you record adds context to your picture of timing.

What you logged is a record. An estimate can change.

Before you decide

A few questions, answered.

You choose what to record and whether to share. Explore your privacy choices.

Do I need to track every fertility sign?

Not at all. The fields are options, not a checklist. Ask your clinician which observations are most useful for your circumstances.

Can an app tell me whether I can get pregnant?

No. A date calculation cannot assess fertility, confirm a pregnancy or tell you why pregnancy has not happened. Our Preparing for pregnancy article explains when to discuss further care.

What if I want a break from tracking?

You can stop adding entries or change what you track. There is no obligation to keep tracking or to follow a particular path through Dela.
